How do I book an event?
Generally events are booked at least 3 months in advance. Showcase Live is a popular venue and dates are secured in advance. If you are interested in holding an event within the next 3 months, please contact us right away to ensure your desired date is available. How do I secure an event?
We will be happy to secure your date when an agreement and deposit is finalized. Then the fun begins. Our chef will create a menu and we will begin to design your event.

Is there someone to help me plan my event?
Yes, Cindy will assist you in every step of the way in planning your event and making it a memorable experience for you and your guests.

Are there any additional charges besides food & beverage and room rental?
Yes, there is a service charge of 18% on all food, beverage, outside rentals and all production elements. There is also a 5% MA Sales Tax which applies to all taxable charges. All charges will be detailed in your proposal. A room cleaning fee will be attached to all venue rentals.

Is there access for persons with disabilities?
Showcase Live is fully accessible in accordance with the ADA. There is designated parking in front of the venue for those who need it.

Can I cancel my event after I signed the contract?
You may elect to cancel this Contract for any reason, upon written notice to Showcase Live. Cancellation charges will apply.

Are there smoking areas around the building?
Showcase Live is a smoke free environment, smoking is not allowed in the building. There is an area to smoke outside of the front door, for your convenience.

Is there ample parking for my event?
Parking is plentiful and free.

Is security available for my event?
Security on site at your event is available at reasonable rates. Showcase Live reserves the right to require security for certain events at a cost to the client. A Foxboro police detail is required for any event with more than 400 people. Showcase Live will not be responsible for the damage or loss of equipment or articles left in the venue prior to, during or following an event. Arrangements must be made in advance for security of exhibits, merchandise, valuables or articles set up for display.

Can I bring food or beverage into the venue?
All food and beverage items must be purchased exclusively from Showcase Live and consumed in the designated event area. Showcase Live is the only licensed authority to serve and sell food and alcoholic beverages on the premises; therefore, outside food and beverages are not permitted on the property.

Can Showcase Live provide linens, transportation, centerpieces, chair/table rentals, valet parking?
Yes, for additional charges, all of the elements to create a perfect event can be brought into the venue for your event.
