What is Showcase Live?
Showcase Live, is a 16,000-square foot, world-class, live entertainment venue. Designed to offer the finest in music entertainment, Showcase Live will host top artists in all music genres including R&B, rock, country, jazz and hip-hop. The Showcase Live concept was developed by National Amusements to create a first-class venue providing outstanding music, comedy, corporate events, children’s theater and other special programming.

How do I purchase a VIP Booth?
VIP Booths are available through ticketmaster.com or by calling our box office. Booths accommodate 4 guests.

How do I contact the box office?

Is there parking available?
Designated free parking is available directly in front of Showcase Live.

Do you have a minimum age requirement for your shows?
All of our shows are ALL AGES unless otherwise noted.

What is your seating policy?
We have a first come, first seated policy for the majority of our seated shows. The majority of our seating is cabaret style; which means that you may be seated at a table with other guests. We regret that we can only accommodate the number of people present at the time of seating.

What are the operating hours?
Operating hours are 11 am - 7pm Monday through Saturday with extended hours until 9 pm or later on the day of a scheduled show. *Please note that the box office may be closed on certain holidays and on days that Gillette Stadium has a concert or game. We will make a note of this on our voice mail.*

When and where do I pick up my Will Call tickets?
Customers may pick-up will call tickets at the venue, beginning at 3PM on the day of the event.

Are reservations needed?
No reservations are not required.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and cash.

The elevated 28 foot concert-style stage accommodates every variety of live entertainment in an intimate setting, sure to provide all our patrons with a superb experience. The expansive venue, which seats approximately 500 for dinner and an evening of entertainment, features a flexible interior design which enables rapid layout changes to accommodate a variety of events, from an intimate acoustic performance to a standing-room-only concert for 1,000 fans.

Patrons can enjoy sitting at the luxurious, 52-foot long bar, reserve a table for groups of varying sizes, or enjoy the privacy of cozy VIP booths. The venue design ensures that every seat offers a great site line, and every guest can experience the ambiance of the unique setting and world-class entertainment. Larger-than-life digital projection screens provide patrons with powerful visual impact as they enjoy watching their favorite entertainer or team.

Come early to secure the best seats in the house for show time while you enjoy a fabulous meal up to two hours prior to most events.

What is your smoking policy?
There is a designated smoking area outside. Reentry for smokers is permitted through the designated smoking exit.

What is your food policy?
There is no outside food or beverages allowed.

Is photography allowed inside the venue?
Photography is only permissible with a press pass. Recording devices are not permitted.

What are the admission prices for events?
The admission prices vary on a show by show basis.

Are you handicap accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
