John Mayall is a pioneering English blues singer, songwriter, guitarist, keyboard player and harmonica player.

John Mayall is often referred to as the “Father of the British blues.” HIs well-known band is still called John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers. They started out in the late 1950s in England, using Chicago style blues as a starting basis for their sound, which has evolved from album to album. And while at one point John Mayall was playing a fairly jazzy sound, he has always come back to the blues.

Remember when the song “Take It Easy” first graced radios across the nation, you got a strange feeling on the back of your neck, and you just knew this was a musical sound you could not ignore? It was clean acoustic electric guitar artistry, topped off with sweet, sweet vocal harmonies – it all really caught you by surprise. The year was 1972, America was still struggling with a war in a place called Vietnam… riots and protests on the evening news each day… and The Eagles began their journey down the fast lane.

Another Tequila Sunrise: Tribute To The Eagles formed out of passion for the music The Eagles brought to us over the past 35 years. They have endeavored to re-create the fantastic musical and vocal sound of The Eagles… and, they’ve succeeded by all accounts! Another Tequila Sunrise: Tribute To The Eagles puts on an Eagles Concert you’ll not soon forget!

Drawing from a diverse group of influences, Cassandre McKinley has developed a sound and style that is so unique, there's no comparisons. Her voice is a blend that is true "soul" at it's core - a sound that is pure, yet sophisticated and distinctive. Many will tell you that McKinley gives every ounce of herself to the music - and the strength in her vocal performance, while dynamic and clear, leaves one wondering where this seemingly endless reserve of vocal power and prowess comes from.

Cassandre has just released her debut album under the MAXJAZZ label titled TIL TOMORROW - REMEMBERING MARVIN GAYE. In this body of work, McKinley delivers her interpretation of selected music Gaye wrote, co-wrote and performed throughout his career. From inception to execution, McKinley's sensitivity to Gaye's message and her rich, warm sound combine to pull this project far, far away from the ordinary. Creating a genre that just fits between Jazz, Smooth Jazz and R & B, "Til Tomorrow" is a rich exploration into Nu-Jazz and Soul - focusing on the "soul".

ALIVE! (KISS Tribute - New England) was formed to provide KISS fans throughout the USA with a glimpse of KISS' legendary "Dressed to Kill / Alive" 1975 live show. ALIVE! accurately reproduce the sights and sounds of the legendary songs from all of the classic 70's KISS albums ("74" to "78") No guitar lick, drum pattern, bass line or vocal harmony has been overlooked. If you’re a KISS fan and you never got to see KISS in their 1970's glory days, here is your chance.

In this band we have named LOTUS-LAND, we take great pride in being a three piece band whose performance, we feel, will please even the most fanatical Rush fan. In a nutshell, we strive to be the closest thing musically to Rush that anyone has yet heard. Whether or not we achieve this goal will surely remain a matter of opinion. What is far less subjective is the fact that we have dedicated ourselves to this end. When all is said and done, we hope to bring you the music of Rush with a live sound as big and true to form as can be heard anywhere.

To call the English Beat a ska band would be like calling the Beatles a Merseybeat act -- accurate as far as it goes, though hardly going far enough. One of the few bands in the 2-Tone movement to extend its integrationist approach to matters of musical style, the Beat (as the band was known in Britain) drew equally from Motown, '60s rock, music hall, and punk to develop a sound that was rich and allusive but always put the songs first.

Fishbone was formed from a disparate, all-black oddball crew at a South Central Los Angeles junior high in 1979. Playing an orgasmic urban gumbo of punk, funk, and ska, the six-man band became a favorite of the L.A. postpunk scene; eventually, the group would become a notoriously powerful live act, opening for the Beastie Boys on their Licensed to Ill tour and coheadlining club tours with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Fishbone's albums have some great moments, but they neither capture the excitement of the band's shows nor hold much commercial appeal; the band still plays to sold-out crowds, but it remains one of the shoulda-beens of '80s alternative rock.
